vine expert?? anyone??

I live in an apartment complex, and I have a small fenced-in porch on the bottom floor. I'd like to grow some little vine along the sides to give me some privacy, but nothing that would damage the paint or get out of hand. I need to be able to grow it in a pot, but I was thinking I should probably use a trellis to avoid damages and i dont know how to use both at the same time. any ideas on types of vines or methods??

I grew morning glories in pots this year. They did fairly well. I didn't use a trellis, but I did use 6' bamboo sticks for them to grow up. I'd say they did pretty well, didn't get out of hand at all.

There are alot to choose from. I've got extra seeds, of various colors, if you would like me to send some.
