I have 3 Lunaria that I planted this spring. Does anyone know when will they bloom? Three books I have gave me different answers. I live in Salt Lake CIty, Utah. Are they annuals or biennials? I can get a pic tomorrow if needed. Thanks!

Q about Lunaria growing
Depends on which Lunaria you have--L. annua is a biennial so most likely they will bloom next year (I think they're spring bloomers). But there's also a perennial Lunaria (L. rediviva). It's less common in the trade so I'm guessing you have the biennial one.
Here are the different types of Lunaria listed in Plant Files if you want more info

Thanks ecrane3. I beginning to understand how some of this works at this site. I only found it a couple of weeks ago and navigating it is challenging. LOL Back to the Lunaria. I think you're right that it is L. annua because the pictures seem to match. I haven't any idea what color it will as my plants were mail order and unspecified in the packaging.
Thanks again for the help, Kwanjin
