Watkins Glen! I never saw any car races there, but the Glen was beautiful! I visited it when I was 20 and still have fantastic memories of that place. Where else can you walk behind a waterfall and not get wet?

Harper - my memories of it are from long before (eons) you were born when cabins on the lake went for $1.00 and $2.00 (for the luxurious ones) a night with a discount when rented by the week or big discounts for monthly rentals.

I've been meaning to get back there.

I'm sure they've been demolished and grand new big motels are there now.
