I've been talking about doing this for quite awhile. I even bought a pot and the round glass from Wal-Mart and it's still sitting on my porch! Is your plant actually planted right in the large pot, or in a smaller container sitting down in the large pot? Looks great! Don't want to put anything on top of the table to take away the looks of the lovely plant! Great job!

That is really nice. Is it easy to water? Do you have to lift off the glass to do it?

the plant is planted in a small pot sitting down in the large one . it need to remove the glass when you water the plant but this have not to bother you because it need water only once every 2 weeks . if you decide to make a table like this don't forget to leave a space between the glass and the pot ( about 1/2 cm.) to avoid the vapor condensing on the down surface of the glass .
this a picture for a side table with the same idea

That is just so cool! It would be nice to have one as a kitchen table! I wonder if you could get a clear base for it and see the roots and rocks and stuff! (If you added rocks that is! LOL)

Maybe the roots would not like that but then again you can grow Ivy in a clear glass jar for ever! LOL

Very neat idea!
