Help with green worm on Zinnias

I have planted some hybrid Zinnias this year and the leaves are being eaten by a half inch long green worm. Does any know what this worm is and how to get rid of it? It is a voracious eater and my leaves are starting to look skeletal.

You can either pick them off, or spray them with BT. Bacillus thuringus. It is a biological control for caterpillars. (or you can do both)
