name of plant on home page of davesgarden website

please, please, please can someone tell me what plant is that on the home page of the website (the bird is sitting on it)? I bought these a couple of years ago and never saved the identifying tag. They are doing great in my garden up here in northern ohio and are a real show piece, people ask me about them all the time, to no avail. I would love to buy more, but have to find out what they're called first. After looking for a year i finally came upon this website and lo and behold there was a picture of my plant!!!!
