My night blooming cereus bloomed for the first time and I don't know what to do with the blooms. Will they dry up and fall off and also there is one new stalk that's about three feet long with only a couple of leaves at the end. It looks very odd. What to do?
Thanks,
ehmartin
Night Blooming Cereus
Hi, ehmartin,
I think you might have more success if you ask this question in the Cacti and Succulents Forum as I believe this Forum is specific to discussions of how to make entries in the Plant Files database.
BTW, I had a night blooming cereus and I do believe the blooms fell off of their own accord; however, I'm sure the folks over in Cacti and Succulents will know more than I do about this plant. Congratulations on your blooms. Good luck with your plant.
Thanks, scutler, I am still finding my way around!
You may not have access to the cacti & succulents forum, if you don't then the best place to post your question would be the Beginner Gardening forum
