will the hydrangea "chantilly lace" survive in zone 3 or 4?

Plant Files says it will http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/49366/ It's a cultivar of Hydrangea paniculata which is hardier than the usual Hydrangea macrophylla that a lot of people grow.
