I am looking for an alternative to lobella laxiflora. I would like something that has color, but does not grow as tall.

I didn't really think it got that tall, only about 3 feet. Here's a cuphea that has a similar look but only gets 18-24 inches so it's a little bit shorter http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/1333/
