I don't know if this is the place to post but all of a sudden, I've been having problems with paypal.

When I used to send money to some one directly from my bank account, it would send right away. All of a sudden, it says that my payment won't clear until a belated date.

What is going on??? I didn't have any paypal balance. I know that takes some days to clear when money is withdrawn from that.

If nobody can help, does anyone know the paypal number where I can speak to an actual person?
