I have had 2 hummingbird vines for 4 years now and even though they seem to be growing bigger (about 8 feet on my trellis) they have not bloomed. They get sun from 7am til asround 3. What must I do?

Do you fertilize? If so, make sure that you are not giving the plant too much nitrogen. (The first number of the three numbers) You need to promote flowering. Use a fertilizer with a high phosphorous.(Middle number). If you want to shock it, you can jump on a shovel abt. 3 feet from the base of the plant. This is done for wisteria vines to promote flowering. The philosophy behind it is that the plant will think it is stressed and must hurry to go to seed to survive, therefore it puts out flower buds. I would only do two shovel widths/jump on the shovel twice, you don't want to kill it, just scare it. I hope I helped. The other thing you can do is put on a long white robe, go out on a full moon night and start to do a dance and chant real loud. It might make you some friends in the neighbourhood, too. Ask them to join you... Just kidding! LOL
Thanks . First I will fertilized and if that doesn't work I might dance around naked, The vines are in the backyard so the neighbors will not be offended.
