Tear dop plant

I am looking for a plant I once had and I was told it was called a tear drop plant. I got the plant when I was visiting in Texas. The texture and the shape of the leaves of the plant remind of a kalanchoe because the edges were scalloped like the kalanchoe. The unusual thing I remember about the plant was the way it reproduced new plants. At the indentions of the scallop on the leaf tiny new plants would grow complete with roots and these would fall off in the soil and take root. Does anyone know what kind of plant this is and where I can find it?

Your description of looking like a Kalanchoe and having the babies coming off the edge of the leaves makes me think it has to be one of the Bryophyllums that plantladylin linked to above. Never heard them called tear drop plant before, but lots of plants have so many differen common names it's hard to keep track of them, and I can't think of any other plants that look like that and reproduce that way.

Burro ears, also same family both reproduce by little plantlets on the tips of leaves.

Thanks Gardengus! Ladies Mantle is a Beautiful Plant, but alas, it won't grow in my area. I guess it's just too hot down here!
