how many other 14 year old skate punks that get in trouble with the law...you know ... everything you think bout sk8as, like to garden. i feel weird. i have a super green thumb though! its funny. i planted watermelon seeds in a little cups and waited about a week. i got impatient waiting for them so i dug them up to see if they were growing, lol. i seen they came out of the seed so i tried to put the stuff back in the cup when i dropped everything! the exposed 1/2 inch of green and alll the soil was over the floor. i figureed it was dead so i wasnt carefull when placing it back in the cup. i waited and about 2 days later the plants were like 3 inches tall...no kidding! guess they thought i would murder them if they didnt grow...so they did!

Great going on the watermelon seeds. You shouldn't feel weird though, you should feel cool! Or is it kewl? LOL. A LOT of people really want to be able to garden and grow things and it doesn't come easy...just ask me! As far as the sk8ting stuff, that's cool too. One of my best friends in school was a sk8ter dude. (a million years ago!) Last summer my hubby and I helped the neighborhood kids build a half-pipe...this year they want a, well, I don't remember what it's called, lol!

So, what else have you planted? How are those watermelons doing?

....and, of course....stay out of trouble!!

Well Hi Skate Punk, you dont have the whole monopoly on being a skate board punk by the way, nor a gardener, My 13 year old Grandson loves growing Cactii, AND working in the garden with me, Oh and by the way, when he stays over, he and I still snuggle up for a cuddle while we watch one of HIS DVD's, guess what, it's usually about skate boarding, Now dont you dare tell anyone, it will ruin his street cred for sure, and my hugs and cuddles just might be over, LIKE FOR GOOD!!!!!!!

Congrats on discover your green thumb, it makes things so much easier when plants just seem to like you. good Luck with your watermelons and don't feel too weird; I'm a psychobilly/punk and a mother who gardens.. you should see the looks i get ;)
