What are these black critters?? It seems like there are ants 'tending' to them.
Bugs on Yucca
Aphids--ants like to "farm" them because they like the honeydew that the aphids secrete. I'd stick an ant bait near the pot, and take a strong jet of water to the aphids. You may have to repeat the strong jet of water every day or two for a while, but I've found it to be a pretty effective control. Insecticidal soap (or a bit of dilute dish soap) will also work if you prefer that approach.
