A friend of a friend gave me some seeds. I started them, but don't know what they look like!!

Closest thing I can think of is Calycanthus floridus, which goes by the common names Bubby Bush and Sweet Betsy--any chance that's what it is?

Hi ecrane3,

I did see the listing for sweet betsy but I'm not sure this is it. The woman who gave it to me lives in Maine and I did see that some had grown it in MA & NH so maybe..... I guess it will be my summer experiment!!!
