This tiny insect seems dead; but can they be a problem? Sorry about the blurry pix; hope there is enought detail for ID.

Try again for photos that aren't as blurry please. Maybe stick a ruler in the photo for a better idea of size please?

I have these too Tammy, I also seem to find those bright spring green hopping bugs around these casings. Will be interested to find out what it is. Seen quite a few on my roses.
