intercessor Fox River Valley Are, WI(Zone 5a) May 17, 2007

Hi,
I found these eating my rose flower buds. They create silk and have hairs on their body. I have been trying to i.d. it, but not sure. There are dozens on the rose :*( To many to pick off.
Any ideas?
