April snow storms bring May flowers!
Great photos Al and Dave.
Which viburnus is slightly pink and exceptionally fragrant? One of my neighbors is driving me nuts asking me repeatedly what it is. She IS an MG!
Some rare Dave pictures. I like the groundcover one - your head must be huge ;)
Pirl - I don't know which one is pinkish.
tulip "Blueberry Bliss" (i think)
Pixie - when your spring starts - it starts with a blast. Thanks for the tour!
Neet, Dave47. What a lot of interesting photos you have of such cool plants!
Thank you Karl!
You're right; it is a Pulmoneria but, I think rather than sad, it's shy. How does one flower so concupsciently with so many Maple seedlings around?
You noticed my lack of weeding! (Its been a busy Spring) Believe me, it has had that area entirely to itself and it was just as self conscious.
Perhaps more maples'd be the trick then. Perhaps an audience is required.
If we're going to have a contest for maple seedlings I think I may have the winning hand. Some areas I finished a week ago look untouched. I do believe it's the maple's last year as a tree and it's probably not even worth keeping as wood for the fireplace.
Pirl, maybe your maple knew it was it's last year, so it sent off all it's offspring to continue it's legacy.
Dave and Pixie, nice shots!! Sandy, pretty dianthus.
