Wineberry (Rubus phoenicolasius) Nursery Source??

I'm trying to find a source or retail nursery for Wineberry (Rubus phoenicolasius), an Asiatic origin red raspberry-like plant. They grew wild in the local Anchorage, Alaska area years ago & they were delicious! Now I've finally got the space, but not the plants yet! I live in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Replies to forum member -- kaythegardener. Thanks a bunch.
