Dave's Garden T-Shirts

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Those are nice! We'd love to see baseball jerseys with 3/4-length sleeves, too.

South/Central, FL(Zone 9a)

Me 2, gardenwife. I like anything with 3/4 lenght sleeves. : )

Me 3!

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

Oostburg, WI(Zone 5b)

Clay Center, KS(Zone 5b)

Sweatshirts, v-necks, bring them on..Need to restock. And a big YES, coffee tastes better in the mugs :) but only if you can price them shipped without you and Trish having to do it! The last mugs had to be an absolute nightmare!

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

How about those plastic travel mugs?

Dallas, TX

I bought two T-shirts yesterday one to wear out and a XXXL to sleep in ... will post a pic soon of me sleeping in the XXXL .;)

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

Oh! A sleepshirt is a great idea.

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

This is the funniest thread on the entire web site....just found it and to read of every female's preferences is a riot....go back and read it again (still laffin')...my favorite request was from the lady who said she needed to cover up the tops of he arms.................
I can't wait for either old t shirts or new ones....want everything with a logo on it!!!! Especially mugs, etc....

*** The youth of the church always sell the extra extra large tshirts to sleep in.....always a big fundraiser....that is just about all females sleep in anymore!!!!

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

I'm all about covering the upper arms. A weightlifter I am not. ;)

gessie,
I've had a lot of fun on this thread, too.

I've envisioned Dave just shaking his head, as he's glanced through it. LOL
I never expected such a variety of responses, but some have been great!!!

Anyway, I'm getting excited! It's almost time, I bet.....woohoo.

....... Waiting patiently here! ...... Well, maybe not so patiently! :)

Gotta have those T-Shirts! (and would love a mug too if they are ever sold again!) And, How about Baseball Caps? I am always in a pony tail with my baseball cap, I could use a DG Baseball Cap!

Hey Dave ... Gardening Gloves with the DG Logo? ... Gardening tools with the logo on the handles? .... Croc's or Sneakers with the logo? hmmmm .... I could be head to toe DG! I love it! I could just get all dressed and sit out on my pool deck and have my coffee in my Special mug!

Oh ... just thought of something else ... I could REALLY use a new Tote Bag ... with the DG Logo!

Cochise, AZ(Zone 8b)

Like I said, offer iron on logo's and let us our own totes, gloves etc... BUT also offer t-shirts and caps.

(Zone 1)

Great Idea Grammy! I could hunt down my iron ( I know it's in a closet somewhere!) Then I could do my own tote and T-Shirt and possibly the Iron on would work for caps too! Sure would make it easier on Dave & Co. just selling the Iron On Logo and not have to worry about ordering and stocking all those shirts and things and maybe get stuck with a lot of leftovers! I know there's usually a minimum order on stuff like T-Shirts when you are having them made with a custom design/logo! Iron on Label's works for me!

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

You know you can buy iron on papers at the office supply stores. Put them through your printer with the logo printing on it. Then all you have to do is attach it to whatever you want to. If we can print our own business cards, I don't see why this would be a problem.

Cochise, AZ(Zone 8b)

There are 2 reasons that I suggest that Dave sell them.
1. These are his images.
2. There is a very good chance that a product printed by a printing company will have a longer "life". I know the office supply paper and have been using it for "family" shirts for years. It washes better on some fabrics than others. Some years the shirts have lasted forever and some have cracked the first wash.

Santiago, Chile(Zone 9b)

Dave,

could you possible add a multiple-purpose T-shirt speccially designed for me?

It should be:

XL on the shoulders
XXL around my ...... ehhhhhh...... area
XXXL from the waist (egg shaped lady LOL) to the ankles.

I could use it for gardening, sleeping, shopping, and lending it to friends that go camping and don't have a tent ;o))

Ursula

Ursula ... you're so funny. :-)

Houston, TX(Zone 9a)

LOL Ursula!!!

Auburn, AL(Zone 8a)

lol I'm with Ursla....can I have one of those too? *G*

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

me three!

Santiago, Chile(Zone 9b)

OK, I exaggerated a little: my shoulders only fit a size L.

Taylor Creek, FL(Zone 10a)

Dave I want 3 mediums if those are mens sizes, or 3 large womens. My computer is not logging on from my motel room so at first chance if you d-mail me I will supply payment info.
Thanks,
Sidney

I know Dave's been super busy this week, with changes to our sister site, and the google search in Plant Files, but hope our DG T-Shirts don't go to a back burner.
Let's just keep checking back!

Mysore, India(Zone 10a)

This summer, I'm in the one that was gifted by an angel, more often than other shirts and am enjoying the comfort and the feel, though it is a little bit roomy. No signs of wearing out!

Santiago, Chile(Zone 9b)

Dinu, I think your T-shirt has the material mine is missing! ;o)

Mysore, India(Zone 10a)

With my two favourite old people. My Chicago Uncle and the nonagenarian friend in our locality, my uncle's teacher 60 years back. I'm in my favourite shirt - we visited the old man just last month when my uncle visited. And I'm in fact, wearing it as I send this post!

How do we place an order for the t-shirts?

Northern California, United States(Zone 9a)

Great shot Dinu! Thanks for including it! It sure would be wonderful to have a DG T-shirt photo parade from all over the world.

Plainwell, MI(Zone 5b)

I would love a DG t shirt also!!!! Dont forget the michigan people!!!! It would be wonderful to have one. I wear tshirts all the time... Thanks for the great site. I love it and am so glad I joined. Ronna

Thanks for the reminder on this - I haven't forgotten but it's been a busy week with launching Gardens.com and then starting work on the landscaping database...

I'll try to have the shirts ordering system up by Monday!!!

I got tired of scrolling down and maybe someone has already asked this but can you give measurements for the different sizes? Sometimes when I get an XL it's so big I have to seam it up the sides, and sometimes they fit. So, at least the measurement across the chest would be helpful. And I'd like three, one for my DH and TWO for me, since I'm buying I get double. Mwahahahhaa

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

Meeze, you've got mail!

Bloomingdale, OH(Zone 6a)

*Patiently waiting for XXXL sizes to be available.*

Ok, maybe not so patiently.......poke..poke..poke.....

I just found this thread and am interested in the DG t-shirts, but also the DG mug. I missed contacting someone before the Texas RU, if anyone grabbed a couple extra mugs, let me know please.

I'm also interested in buying a couple T-Shirts. Thanks

Crystal

Waiting patiently for Monday to order!

Sugar Land, TX(Zone 9a)

Ann, do you know where we are to place our orders?

Knolan,
Dave will post the link, here, when it's ready!! So don't "unwatch" this thread! LOL
Sasha

Sheila, My XL is 23 inches from one under-arm seam to the other.

The XXL run 25 inches , same place.

I ordered both sizes last year, since I didn't know how the sizes would run. The XL worked fine for me. Anybody buy XL's that needs to trade for two XXL's ? Let's talk trade!! (as long as yours are new, too. Ha)
