i bought that recently .. and am new at this so plz any one help me identify that beautiful flower and tell me how to take care of it .. and is it indoors or outdoors ???

Very bright and cheery! The plant shown appears to be a chrysanthemum. If you are not familiar with this at all, do a google search and do some general reading first to acquaint yourself with them. Any specific questions you may have depends on your climate, etc. as far as care.

Here's a Garden Mum called 'Salsa' .... looks a bit similar to yours. There are soo many different types of mums!
