I have a seedling that I figured was a california poppy until I saw that picture of artemisia on the front page. how do I distinguish them?- i'm hoping its a poppy that I have :)

It doesn't quite look like poppy to me, I have a bunch of them and it looks just a little different. Plus if it's a Cal. poppy it should be blooming now or at least have buds.

Here's a pic showing poppy foliage, it looks a bit different to me than yours does.

gee, it looks like Cal poppy to me, (which don't look like the corn poppies I grew) although I don't have any this year to compare right now.
