I admit it, I'm the one with only 2 calls left. A lot of times I don't like to check the bingo thread until it's gone on a bit, to keep the suspense down (it seems little silly to bounce around going "Yes! I've got 1 of the 2 calls so far!" or to be all sad with "Oh no, I have 0 out of 2, now I'll never win"), but this time I've been quietly watching all along, and this is so exciting!
When we haved bingos where we pick 15 plants but win something else, that's educational and fun, but this time since the picks on our bingo card determine what we'll win, I went at 2am (when I should have been asleep) and drooled over pictures of all the african violets and finally picked my 15 favorites. And now all these beauties are being drawn as bingo picks. (I'd say that if I'm to lose, Planti needs to start drawing some ugly plants, but they're all pretty. ;-)
These are super gorgeous plants and I would love to win them! But we'll see. ;-) Good luck everyone!
Oh, and the more you have already, the harder it is (from a math point of view) to get more on your card. One of these days I'll work out the math (or look it up on wikipedia, lol), but I think that's why these games are so close. So don't worry if you're still waiting for 5 more -- that means there are more of yours to pick in the hat Planti is drawing from. So anyone can still win. :-)
I agree SaraCatherine! They are such Gorgeous Plants that Planti has picked for us to choose from! A couple of photo's posted were not ones I chose for my card and I was kicking myself, thinking I could have possibly won one of those Beauties, why didn't I put it on my list of 15??!! LOL. It is sooo much fun playing, but I also love all the chatter that goes on ... and those photo's .... well, what can I say .... They just get me writing down names and descriptions and adding to my "Wish" List!

So True! I have only played in one other Bingo game ( well actually two, AV and House Plant games) and it was right down to the wire with one game having I think 5 or 6 of us yelling Bingo right in a row. But, of course, it's the first 3 who get that word "Bingo" posted ... it doesn't really matter how fast our typing is or how fast our computer's are ... just boils down to what calls are drawn out of the hat. So much fun!

Hee Hee ... Gardengram, I've only played in one AV Bingo and one Houseplant Bingo before and it's happened in both games, so don't feel bad. It is so exciting the closer we get to Bingo! I have to confess .... I did it in one of those above mentioned Bingo Games myself! :)
