We are having about 3 days with lows in the mid thirties. I put painters plastic on the corn, and hay on tomatoes, peppers and okra. Would they survive without this? Will they survive with the hay and plastic in place for 3 days? Thanks, Mike
Unexpected late cold front
I'm sure by now you've come through the worst of it, but when we have late frosts I have had great success running the sprinkler during the early morning hours.
Bob
Thanks Bob. Someone told me to water before the frost so I did. Everything looks like it survived except my taters that stayed under water bout a week when we had unusual rainfall. But that is another story. Usually we just have heat and drought. Maybe this year will be a little cooler and wetter. Thanks again, Mike
