where are the seeds in a bougainvillea tree. i have one that is very pritty and my naber wants 1 but i cant find seeds. can you help me?

I've never seen seeds on mine, I think it's probably easier to propagate them by cuttings.

I'm pretty sure that it does not set seeds....cuttings are the way to go.
