First Morning Glories
Erynne, Your Blackie will root in 3 to 5 days in a cup of water. Fastest rooting
plant I've ever had. So if you get some lanky growth, cut it and root it. :)

Nice Joanne! I can see a little pink or purple in it!!

Isn't it fun when the morning glories start to bloom?? I'm waiting for mine to start setting buds. We had a very hot, dry windstorm the other day which tore a lot of the leaves to shreds, but there are so many leaves that the damage will be covered up in no time. Can't wait to see mine bloom! Yours are so pretty!
Sadly, today I had to let my indoor morning glory go to heaven. It had run it's course, I guess, as the leaves all turned yellow and looked like they had some sort of infection or fungus or something. Too bad as it still had lots of buds, but they twisted as they matured and only partially opened.
Germinated March 17th, first bloom May 25th.

Well, Joanne ... time to start a new batch of winter MGs! :-) What's on the menu this season?
All annuals have to go eventually....
