We need to plant a "hedge" row on the North West side of our property. I need something that grows really fast, is evergreen and can withstand freezing winter winds. Does anyone have any suggestions? We are in zone 5a.
Need suggestions for an evergreen winter windbreak
I too am in zone 5 and am needing to plant along northwest of my house. Am tired of being hit with those cold north winds as well as tired of the sight of a McDonalds. I am looking into getting some Canadian Hemlocks. Don't know if it would be something you'd be interested in or not....Just a thought.....
