In the summer, parts of the front of my house get overhead sun about 11am to 1pm but in the winter they only get sun 12 to 1pm. Is this considered part shade or full shade for landscaping purposes?
Part shade?
I would say full shade.
Thanks! I guess that's why the Azaleas up and died on me, LOL!
Yep - the guidelines I have read are -
Direct Sunlight :
6 - 8 hours - full sun
4 - 6 hours - part sun
2 - 4 hours - part shade
0 - 2 hours - full shade
