Oh Allison: I LOVE to shop! Wouldn't it be neat to have a bunch of DG'er's shopping together at a nursery or garden center? I can see it now ... they would run out of plants! :)

yes i am here i had to take my mom to the hospital to have an xray on her leg they think she might have a bloodclot,and i just got back
dont know nothing since they didnt get a hold of the dr to tell her what the xrays shows so i am waiting on her to call to lmk,i hope it isent a bloodclot b
i will be here today but have to watch a movie with her first then i will be back ok?

Moretz: So glad your little girl is getting better and I will keep your Mom in thought and prayer also .... hoping it is not a clot.

Your Mom in my T/P too...if they let your Mom leave, it is most likely not a blood clot..as I think they would have kept her till the doctor instructed them what the procedure would be for her in that case...a blood clot in the leg is life threatening, and I would think they would have kept her if that was the case and tried to keep her under supervision until they could be sure it wasn't going to move into her lungs or heart....BUT you never know....and I am certianly not a Doctor, so please keep us posted!

i think janet is right moretz. with blood clots you are kept in bed with heparin i.v.'s to keep the blood thin.

well it is a bloodclot but not a big one and the dr said its nothing to worry about but she is going to call her dr today to see what she needs to have done and then she will call me when she hears from him i will keep you all posted,and you all might need to find someone to do the cards just in case something comes up and i wont be here to do it,but will be here as long as i can ok? thxs for keeping her in your prayers,she needs it right now and she has this

on top of the bloodclot, she is getting to where she cant walk and that is bad,cant even open a jar of beans(took her 30 min. the other day ) because she cant stand for very long,shes only 65 be 66 this year thxs

Your family is in my prayers. Please try not to worry it will be Ok or they'd have in the Hospital ASP. They have much to do for small blood clots , some very simple ways to treat ! I'm sure you and Mom will be here with us for the whole Bingo game :))

Your Mom is young ( but can also be good for getting better ) unforutinly disease see no age , they do not discriminate :((

How true Allison....Moretz, keep us posted as to the progress. I know it is hard not to worry, so try to stay positive and Allsion is right your Mom is very young..when my Daddy was in his Mid 70s (right after major heart surgery) he had a large clot in his leg, it was blocking his blood supply, we got him to the hospital, they did surgery and he lived to be 83....so even the worst case scenario sometimes turns out well. Our bodies are marvelous things and God can and does work miracles each and everyday!!! If you feel overwhelmed by all of the card holding you have on your plate...please tell us and we CAN get someone to take those off your hands...just let us know..we wouldn't want to make it any more difficult thatn it is for you!
