Dinu, that is very inventive of you. You've made your own close up lens - that's terrific. Congrats, it sure allows better closeups than I have ever been able to get. Ants move so fast, I've had trouble trying to focus on them.

Blooms, this evening I tried and failed. Low light, fast movers... you only get a blur. :( What I do is first focus the lens to the object and hold the lens still and then bring the cam behind it and shoot. Sometimes even half a cm will bring in blurs. More the magnification, more the chances of errors.
