this isnt like the wish list previously is it?

pamsue

La Salle, MI(Zone 5b)

No Pamsue, its basically just a seed swap but decorating the packets for St Patricks Day and sending a little gift of sorts :o) There were a few interested in listing some of the extra seeds they have in case some one in the swap would like them, so that is okay with me...

Connie

Shenandoah Valley, VA

Connie, I'll have to skip this one. I don't think I have enough seeds left for 29 packets. You all have fun!

La Salle, MI(Zone 5b)

Sorry to do this, but I am closing this thread for now. I may open it a little later toward the end of the month, I am going to be away from DG's for a while. I will pop in and out occassional because I have a few trades going on. But for now I have to back away...

Okay Ladys, got you down and this officially reopened. I think I have things under control now. I was going to wait until the end of the month to open this back up, but this will give everyone a chance to get their packets ready and extras if they have any to list...

I started my winter sowing and lord you should see my kitchen and my dh just doesn't know what to think rofl.. I have the jugs sitting on the front deck waiting to be transfered to the back yard.

Susan and Diane, Thank you both sooo much for the dmails.... You will never know how much that means to me :-}

La Salle, MI(Zone 5b)

Hi Susan,
I will have to check out our WM's store, I bought some cute little stickers from the craft store here, but they really didn't have a good variety of St Patrick's Day stuff... I love it to, it brings out the Irish in me lol.. I would love to go to Ireland one day, it is such a beautiful country. I love the way they talk, I could listen to them for hours on end, just like the Australians, My one neighbor has relatives from Australia and they came to visit her in Sept/Oct. I had a great time just listening to their stories... Such really nice ppl...

Have a Great Day Everybody,

Connie

Hi Patricia, welcome a board :o)

Connie

Ballintleva, Ireland

Hi Connie
This is not fair...(stamping my foot as I am typing) a St Patricks day seed swap...without representation from Ireland...!

What can I bribe you with I wonder.....real Irish Shamrock seeds....real Irish peat...real Irish moss / rain / weeds (got lots of these!)

There aren't many seed swaps going on in the international seed swaps....can I at least pretend I live in the US

Happy Swapping
Sue

PS....you are all toooo lucky to have such a fab comunity of seed swapers!

La Salle, MI(Zone 5b)

Ok I give rofl, I will open it to all :o)

Would love to have you join. no bribe needed ;-} but that real Irish Shamrock seeds sounds interesting... lol

I have made an edit to the first post :o)

Greenville, IN(Zone 6a)

ok, I want in, I've been lurking and with the thought that I might get some Shamrock seeds is even more inviting lol Sue can keep the irish rain though, we have had wet ground for over two months now at least!

It wouldn't be a St. Patrick's Day Swap without representation from Ireland lol
Lea

La Salle, MI(Zone 5b)

Glad to have you with us Lea,

That leaves 9 openings left :o)

Connie

Nieuwegein, Netherlands(Zone 8a)

Hi Connie,

Count me in too, if there's room for one more from Europe........

Ana

La Salle, MI(Zone 5b)

Got ya Ana and welcome :o)

okay that leaves room for 8 more....

Connie

Ballintleva, Ireland

Message to any "Europeans"...remember that you have to send plenty of postage to Connie in Dollars!
I'm sure she doesn't wish to contend with exchange rate etc

Connie
I have lots of seeds...is there anything you don't want
I ask because a previous seed swap I was involved in said "no annuals"

Sue

La Salle, MI(Zone 5b)

Anything you want to send is fine, if you have extras that you want to list to see if any of the swap group would like some that will be okay too, but after everyone has their 20 filled ;o)

When you all start listing the extras, who ever gets what, please put there number on it so I know who gets it... The number is next to your name in the first post... forgot to add that up there rofl

Hope you all have a great night/day

Connie

Greensboro, NC(Zone 7a)

I'd be very happy to recieve annuals. I'm in an apartment and unfortunately don't have space for larger things like most perennials and shrubs and large vines. That's just my 2cents:LOL:

Hope your day/night is/was good too Connie=)
