Cedar: Oh, I don't think there's a chance of that EVER happening! That would be TOO weird, I wouldn't be able to bring myself to yell Bingo for both games! .... too creepy to think it could happen with two games at once! I got real close last AV game too, but was too late with yelling "Bingo"!! I'm SURE there are some folks a lot closer than I am (in both games), but just being real, real quiet about it .... waiting to POUNCE on that keyboard! LOL

Yeah, I decided to make a pot of soup .... even though we haven't had much of a Winter here, I was in the mood for Chicken Soup!

Daytona Beach is about one and a half hours South of Jax. Do you have relatives/friends in Jax? Where is Livermore in Ky? I've only been to Ky once and loved it! We visited a little town called Berea for a Basketball Tournament one time about 7 or 8 years ago. I can't wait to go back!

Berea is about 4 hours from here I think. Up around Richmond. We are thinking of going to Jax or St Augustine for Spring Break in April. Was wondering how close you would be.

Spring Break in Florida?!?!?!!! Are you NUTS? LOL. My husband is a College Professor and when he's on Spring Break, we Get Outta Town! Tourist Season is getting ready to start here. First, beginning the end of January we have Nascar Races for a couple of weeks with Thousands of Tourists and Traffic! ..... which runs into Bike Week, with about 200,000 Bikers and Traffic! ..... which runs into Spring Break with Thousands of College Kids! It calms down right around Easter Weekend!

I haven't been to Jacksonville in a looong time. We love St. Augustine! Many years ago (when we were young, LOL) we would put our bicycles on the car and go up to St. Augustine and spend the weekend and ride our bikes all over the Ancient City and go to the beach. St. Augustine still has that quaint small town feel to me. I love small towns. I don't drive on the Interstate anymore if I can help it ... all those folks going 90 mph makes me VERY nervous and I panic! I am the first to admit that I would cause an accident, so I stay off the Interstates!

Okay .... I'm getting sidetracked here .... did I miss the last Bingo call? I need to back track and read what I missed! LOL

Hey, Lin...that Dave I was telling you about from DB is involved with the 'Bike Week' you refer to.
They raffle off a bike to benefit the school he works for.

I wouldn't brave Florida during spring break, either...but then again, I'm not much of a traveler.

Forgive the newbie question, but never played and would like to. Everyone talks about having a "card." Is the game basically first one to 15 wins, or what? I assume then we must personally own the 15 right?

Just wanted to make sure.

Well maybe you can come up and see me Lin, if we get to go. We have never been during spring break, I was looking forward to St Augustine, looks really interestnig, We stay at the beach mostly.
