Route 127?
no, not that one either
Blooms, what was the giggle for?
Is it the 95? Don't know whether it's a Highway or Route.
Is it the road to your house? :D I know....not specific enough. :D how about 211?
What about Utah 191?
Correct me if I'm wrong, please. Not being into topography but aren't the even numbered roads running east/west and the odd numbered roads running north/south.... did I make that up or is it fact?
That's generally true. Just look at the trends of where interstates or US highways go.
But...old US 66 started somewhere around Chicago, and ends up way south and west (California or AZ if I recall).
Then, there are the circular beltways...
Is it in CA or NV?
It's California
Highway 50
Nope,
and it's a hundred miles of nothing between where I just left and where I'm going.
and I had a winded discussion with a truck driver near Barstow who insisted he was headed west on I-15 while I insisted I was heading south. If you draw a line from Salt Lake City to LA it's a definite SouthWest line. But the 40,60, 70, 80 etc definitely run east / west. /rte 6 however tends to wander as did old rte 66
Is it in San Bernardino County?
395
yes it is in San Bernadino County
No it's not 395
Is it north/west of the 15?
LOL nope it is south of there
Route 62?
Is that the 247?
40
Sorry, I was out there for a while. yes Kelli has it it's Rte 62 between 29Palms and Parker AZ
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Right back atcha Joey
A good year for all. I wish it could be so.
Anyone can jump in and add a picture. I have a bad cold and think I'll just sit in the living room and read today.
Sacramento Ca?
LOL! That looks like the Snake River! :D (in all seriousness ?) Is it in western Ca?
Kelli, hope you get to feeling better!
That's pretty flat country. All the roads are straight. And that's a 2-runway airport? Looks like 5 acre plots.
Is this a google earth representation or were you in a plane?
Near Abilene?
That's neat, you can see an 'oxbow' lake on the right. Lots of those on . . the Mississippi. . . ?
It is not in California and it is not the Mississippi or the Snake River... My husband took this picture from a plane and we figured out later exactly where it was using Google Earth. :-)
Umm.. I guess so. LOL It is certainly south of you! I don't know if it is south of the Mason-Dixon line.
