Visitors to My Garden
It's one of your children's pets? I've never had a shot, hope you had fun!
If it is one of Ginger's kid's pet then it would be a children's Children's Python.
What kind of Rum?
"Bundy"
Need you ask?
Bundy is made here in QLD.
In a small town called Bundaburg.

Check it out.
What's the counter the snake is on above? And I meant booze. I'm not a drinker, so I've never done a shot of booze, I have had many tetanus shots though.............
I think the pics are resized when posted. With my nifty magnifying glass, I can make out something in her mouth, just not real clear. And again, what counter is the snake on above?
We're typing over each other.......sorry! So the name of the snake is Children's snake. It's not one of your children's snakes? Yes? How'd it get on you counter in there?

Another example: I had never heard of Children's python. It struck me that a snake is not a normal children's toy thing so I looked it up in the Wikipedia...
Children's python (Antaresia childreni) is a species of python that lives in northern Australia. The name is not derived from a relationship to children, but in honor of John George Children, who was a curator of the zoological collection at the British Museum in the 19th Century.
I also found out (in the same article) that in Australia you can keep a Children's python if you have a class one reptile license which costs $60 and that they live 25 to 30 years.
Ginger, you live in an extremely interesting and beautiful country!
Nice to know I'm not the only one to have never heard of it. I'm also not and never have been in Australia, so can that be a good excuse?
Sure terryr.
You are excused.
Ignorance is bliss.
Yes, ignorance is bliss....lol....
Now why does mama make such a small nest? And I thought my robins were crammed into a small nest!
terryr
To cut down on house work of cause.

Hey Ginger, Thanks for the great photos. We have Monk parrots here in Brooklyn, New York. They escaped from JFK international airport in the late 60's and have been part of our community ever since. Two weeks ago, a pair began to make their nest by a telephone transformer in front of our garden. They eat anything, including a good Brooklyn bagel.:)
Adele
The snake might not of said anything, but I sure would of!
Adele, that's very interesting about the Monk parrots.
I didn't know that Cockatoos were so mean!

Stelco
Coulden`t see it.
I would have to load Windows Adobe Flash Player Download Center .
With my Dial up connection, That would take 20 mins.
I hope others can see IT.
It's a video that was a forwarded email that made the rounds last spring. It a bud or bud light commercial staring what the guy calls, a Brazilian Fighting Cockatoo. Cockatoo goes after a guy who's trying to get to the beer.
Your photo isn't what I'd call my blurry. You don't wanna see what I call blurry and am really good at taking......
That is the cutest picture. I've never seen a frog look so content.
Almost has a grin on his face,
Does he not?
Looks like a grin to me! To funny!
That nest is so different from those around here and I still can't get over her making it under your deck at such a low level. Your babies are beautiful.
Equilibrium
I believe she built it there for security.
She knew we were so close by.
And she just kept building.
Roof rack of my Ute is 5" away from nest
When I drive into Garage.
"safety in numbers I guess."
This subject is a bit old now.
But I only just found It.
