Most of the hills in So Cal look like those.

Gotta figure where somebody would have a farm store - large parking area. Horsey style fence, lotta those horse properties around. Some place with land cheap enough to grow a spread out crop like pumpkins. Hmm.

It's called land banking... you let farmers grow strawberries on it until you get the price you want from some developer. It's where the strawberries at the stands all come from.
