Taking a completely wild guess here, but it seems like I saw windmills like that when I was near Oroville about 17 years ago.

The "windmills" are just powerlines. The flowers are California poppies.

No, it's wild. It isn't a park, either, so I'm just asking for the name of the closest town.

El Segundo...I know that's a lot closer than Amsterdam ;)
