Rats, I think my coffee pot is on the fritz! I've been trying to run some vinegar through it to rid any calcium deposits, and then a pot or two of water. Can't get it to run at all, although there is power because the lights come on. May have to order some Gevalia coffee for the free pot. Good thing DB will drink instant.
Coffee and .... for Friday, September 15th
Well, I have had a full day. I am in now ready to start some supper. The cushions and pots have been stored for the winter, the solar cover is on the pool, hopefully by Monday, I can get that closed for the season. We are having fish for supper.
Sarv the dahlias are beautiful, do you have to stake them?
Bal, so sorry about your back. You take it easy and give it time to heal before trying to start another project.
ViAnn, will look at your pics after supper, just didn't want to get started, cause I would have sat here for the duration.
Mary, sorry about your weather. Rain is good, but a few days of it, and I am going bonkers wanting to get out. I will look at your link also tonight.
Maria, I would love to see pics of your garden bench. Has Samson gotten over his growling and barking? Funny dog.
Kooger, how horrible about the boy. With no history of seizures, wonder if it was some kind of allergy or asthma attack.
kiska Thanks for sharing your info with us. I bet it is sure pretty there. How is your weather?
Darius, you did get a lot from storage, but rats on the coffee maker.
Well gotta run, will BBL
Whew! Came in here for my afternoon cuppa and oh my goodness am I *ever* behind!!
Kooger, that's just so sad about that 15 year old. I know that Epilepsy can come on due to hormonal changes in teens, but believe it's more common in girls than boys. I know that's very difficult on his parent's. Am still remembering them in my T&P's.
DeannaV, am ~ing and welcoming you to coffee. I've been MIA the past couple of days. It's great to have new faces at the table.
Speaking of which ... kiska, it's great to have you too. :-)
Maria, what are we going to do with you? Now put that vac up or we'll all get together and send the 2X4 up there. :-) Ah, and that Samson ... I bet he was a sight ... barking like that! LOL That's the way my Kota girl does any time there's something unusual outside ... even when the next door neighbor leaves their storage shed open. She just has to bark to let me know. :-)
Defoe, yuck on closing the pool! I'd definitely get it done before it got cold weather. I'm a wimp when it comes to the cold.
sarv, you make me feel like a slug with all that talk about the H&P again. Here I sit on my ... and you're out there exercising every morning.
Ann, somehow I missed the link to your Japan trip, so I'm going back to look for it.
Mary, thanks so much for yours on the guy with his guide dog. I *really* enjoyed it! :-)
Meezers, how's your crew today?
McCool, I'm so glad to hear that things are looking a bit brighter for you and your DH. I do hope he gets some positive news soon.
Kelly, it's great to see you back. Sorry you had such a bad time with your tooth. Yeah, how *is* your DH and his job situation going now? And didn't you find a kitty up in a tree a while back? Did you keep it or find a home for it?
Okay ... I'm on brain freeze now, so am going to just ~ at everyone I've missed. the table is getting so big I can't remember everything I want to comment on. :-)
~Elaine~
Darius,
My girlfriend tried to get me to go for the "free pot" at Gevalia. She says she just loves hers.
That was two years ago, tho. Don't know if it's held up or not, but it had most of the bells and whistles that my Cuisinart has, and I paid a bundle for it.
I just popped into the Tropicals Forum, to see how the EE contest is going.I was surprised and pleased to see that the winner for the biggest leaf, so far, is Brian Williams' leaf, which is only 3 inches bigger than some of my biggest. I figured they got a lot bigger down south, than ours do up here. hmmm
Darius,
you really roll your own cigarettes? Wow. I didn't think anyone did that anymore. I have a cigar box full of Daddys "rolling" supplies-must be at least 55 years old. He and Mama never threw anything away. He's been gone 3 years now, and he quit smoking when he was around 30. He was 86, when he passed away. I just keep it for sentimental reasons.
I'm just the opposite. Everytime my DH sees a strange looking bag in the garbage, he becomes suspicious, and asks,"What have you thrown away, NOW?" LOL He's also a packrat,
but I'm slowly but surely converting him. I just can't stand much clutter-makes me crazy(ier).
Mary,
Can anyone ever have "too many T-shirts"? heehee
Later, Deanna
edited for lousy typing, as always
You guys have been chatting up a storm today....took me a while to catch up with two side trips for the guide dog story and Ann's wonderful pictures of Japan. Thanks for sharing those with us. You do a super job of writing descriptions of the location. Flowers were to die for...
I've heard about the high tech toilets, must be a little disconcerting to have a spritz of water or a warm breeze hit your bottom when you don't expect it. I grew up with "outhouses" but the breezes that seeped through them were pretty awful in the winter time!
Mary, good news regarding the showers helping with the fires, and very glad to hear that the horse is eating better and seems more comfortable. Just like all our elderly pets, they need a little special attention and diet changes. A good friend of mine has just adopted two more horses, in poor condition, which she will nurture back to health. One had been burned in a fire, poor thing, and the other was malnourished. She has a heart of gold, and I think her vet bills are probably equal to her mortgage.
Maria, the Dyson has a very effective HEPA filter, but you still shouldn't be pushing it around a lot until you are feeling much better. I was gone most of today, but I'll call you Saturday sometime so we can chat. I use the self clean cycle on my Jennaire, and it does get hot, but once you clean it any other way, it won't clean effectively automatically. I have to take my grates out though, the high heat would change the finish and make it hard to slide pans on them. I put those in the stationary tub and spray them with grill cleaner. While holding my breath and running for the door!
Robert, are we going to have to yell at you like we did Maria to make you slow down. I know, it's that time of year when we feel all the pressure to get things done, but if you get yourself lamed in the process, not much will get done at all. So, take a load off, turn on a ball game or some other mindless sport, and recover! The stained glass is beautiful. My DIL does quite a bit of stained glass work but I have yet to receive a large piece.
Kooger, I feel for that poor mother who thinks she might have ignored noises from her son's room....but who would even think twice about it? With no history of seizures, it is doubtful she would even have been able to render aid, and save him. I hope she is able to find peace, how awful to lose the children she has lost.
Darius, that was at least 11 stops that weren't on the agenda when you left!! If I had to get in and out of a truck that many times, I'd have had a major hitch in my getalong by the sixth exit. Golly, the way your DB eats, it's good he's picking up the expense!! Sounds like feeding a teenager! By the way, we're still waiting for a picture of the two of you on the Harley. I just ordered one of those coffee makers from Gevalia, hope they send it soon. I have a functioning Braun, but it doesn't have a timer and is only a ten cupper....sometimes DH empties it when he fills up his travel mug, and I hate to brew another pot just for me. Their coffee is good, but pricey. Must be the season for electric things to conk out...my bed warmer, your coffee pot...is there a full moon?? Watch out everybody, and keep your shoes on.!!!
I grabbed some chinese takeout on my way home from golf, ate half, froze the rest and zipped off to a movie. Saw Last Kiss, which turned out to be very well done with two of my favorite older actors, Blythe Danner and Tom Wilkinson, some rather steamy scenes but overall better than the shoot'em upbangbangs, or lame comedies.
Out of gab, for the moment anyway, ~~~ to all, might drop in later just to keep you out of trouble.
Sheila
Edited because three more posts came in while I was banging on the keyboard!! Those baby backs look luscious! And there's IO1, who's been missing for a while....c'mon guys, I gotta get away from this machine!! Oops and I forgot to tell Sarv she's got me thinking about Dahlias, hers are sooooo pretty!
This message was edited Sep 15, 2006 3:37 PM
About my dahlias. I started them in April after I seperated the tubers. However this year I am going to seperate them in the fall and do the syran wrap thing. In May I plant them in the garden. Yes, they do need stakes...I've used cages too, but ended up staking the cages because they got so tipsy. I only used messenger on them this year - nothing else. They are incredibly lush and loaded with flowers. I took a pic of each one so I can remember the exact color and plant them so they don't clash too much!! They are one of my favorite flowers and they multiply which I love!!
Darius - open up the table- you're going to have a bunch of visitors!! Does that look good! I think we are going to order out for pizza. Youngest DS just came over and we picked up apples for his deer hunting. The guys just left to dump them out in the woods. I understand about not being with a sibling for long. I adore my DS, but a week is about all I can take of her. We have a much better long distance relationship. I just wish she was an hour away instead of 5.
Kooger- so sad about the young man...Hope the family finds comfort somehow. I believe things happen for a reason, but I would still be grief stricken beyond measure if it were my child.
Maria needs a whack with the 2x4- she just won't slow down... Let those dust bunnies grow for awhile - no one will care a toot. I think you are a wonderful housekeep and a cook - far better than I am!! Use the self cleaning part of the oven - just stay home so you can call the fire department!! I do mine once a year and it does get hot and smell like it could explode - but never has.
IO1- I enjoy getting out to the huff/puff - more for social than anything else!! I have a mega sweet tooth, so this balances it a bit. Plus everything I read says as you age you need to do weight bearing exercises. So I try - a little!!
Mary - I dread your weather coming my way. It will hit M5 first - we'll see what she says about it!! Glad the horse is liking his new chow - poor guy.
Well, I'm off to look at Vi's pics...

Supper is over the fish were delish, Mr.B wouldn't even let me get the kitchen cleaned before he wanted his ride. So went to DM's and visited for about an hour, then came home to that greasy kitchen. Yuk. Well got that done, and am packaging up some seeds and things to send out tomorrow. Had to look up an address so thought I would pop in. I will try to address everyone later, as I still have more to get accomplished.
The clouds lifted for a few minutes while I was outside planting flowers and guess what I saw! Snow on the mountains! Although it was drizzling here and almost cold enough there were no flakes at my house. I got about half my new perennials planted and now have the sprinkler giving them a good soaking. Even though it is showery my ground is very dry.
Breezy picked another dahlia, this time the plant stayed in the ground and he almost made me laugh standing there with a pink flower in his mouth. Bad, bad horse. He and his partner in crime are now confined to the smaller pasture until the frost gets the dahlias. I am not looking forward to digging them but I do want to enjoy the blooms while I still have some.
VAnn, I just looked at all of your pictures from your trip. You put together a very interesting narrative. Well done. I'm glad you had such a good time and got to see such a variety of places and experience so many types of new things.
Meezers, you can also clean oven racks in the bathtub with a pretty strong solution of Spic and Span powder and water, let them soak overnight and then brush with a vegetable brush and most of the black stuff comes off easily. But then you have to clean the tub. Another method I heard about and haven't tried is to lay a thick pad of newspaper in your driveway, put the oven racks on it, spray with your oven cleaner, cover tightly with more newspaper to keep the fumes in, and leave it overnight. Then remove the paper and spray with the hose.
Nice smoker Darius, what brand is it? I can't emagine why you had it 8 years without using it. Out of sight, out of mind maybe? Sorry about your coffee pot, maybe it is a loose wire and could be easily fixed. Nothing to loose at this point.
Sarv, don't go visit your MIL. I would say that being her reluctant taxi service would be enough contact. Next time you get tempted to go see her just tell us and we will come running with the 2x4 and take you out to eat ice cream or pie instead. How's that?
Defoe, leaving for an hour and then having to come back to a greasy, fishy kitchen, no thanks. Doesn't Mr B have a "hold" button?
I think I am going to build a fire in the woodstove, I think it will be the first time I have ever done that before mid October, but I haven't been warm all day. Got to go pick some corn for my dinner, and I'll have a lemon cucumber and some tomatoes to go with it. Oh yes, and a very small steak and a glass of wine. It sounds gourmet doesn't it? I do love summer eating!
I've got two apple crisps in the oven. Just for good measure I put a handful of dried cranberries in each one. That took care of about 16 apples - they weren't overly large apples. I'll put one out on the table once they are baked.
Went out this afternoon after two days of rain and collected more Balsam and 4 o'clock seeds. won't have too many more Balsam, I think. With the rain the last two days, some of the seed pods filled up with rain and molded. I think I'll start pulling many of them out. But the 4 o'clocks are still blooming well and more seeds are opening up daily. I'll go collect them for awhile.
It's supposed to be a nice weekend. I have "Opportunity Fair" after church on Sunday and will have to be there for handbells - but they give us lunch. Then at 1:30, I have a viola section rehearsal for the OSO. No OCO in the evening because the conductor is playing a concert. There is a coach working with the violins and I would have planned a viola section rehearsal for that group as well, but two of them are playing the same concert as the conductor (a professional group called 13 Strings does and annual concert with the "Junior 13 Strings" each September. Two of them are youth and are playing it. A third is out of town. Not much point in sitting in on the violin rehearsal; so I'll catch my OCO group after the Oct. 3 OSO concert and work them through a section rehearsal. [ for those who weren't around last year, OSO is Ottawa Symphony Orchestra - a LARGE community orchestra which is now playing at a semi-professional level and actually pays for concerts. I'm a member of the viola section. OCO is Ottawa Chamber Orchestra which is a much smaller and much more amateur orchestra in which I'm principal viola. It does NOT pay.] this year I will have rehearsal conflicts (two Sundays in a row each time there is an OSO concert), but no concert conflicts like last year. So far I've not done much practicing. Must get back to it.
For the rest of this evening, I'm going to go veg in front of the TV and work on the afghans I'm crocheting.
Ann
Mary, thanks for the tips on cleaning oven racks. I left mine in the oven when cleaning it just once and didn't like the results. have had a self cleaning oven for 15 years now but have probably run the cycle only 15 times or less. Needs it now after all the oven roasted tomatoes last week. LOL
I run my oven's self cleaning feature once a year .
After the Christmas and New Years feeding frenzy is a good time ;-))
That time of year a little extra heat is a good thing IMO
Mary, the smoker is a Brinkmann that I bought brand new but at a yard sale in an unopened box... just never got around to using it. I still have all the booklets!
The ribs were great, and the corn. Have a few ribs left over but not enough for a meal. I've got the scraps in a huge pot of water on simmer for overnight then I'll crack the bones, simmer more, and have some soup stock. I added onions, carrots, celery and the corn cobs. Should be interesting stock, LOL.
I'm bushed, time to say Goodnight, Gracie!
Hi, I am back, and ready to gab.
Mary, No, Mr. B. does not have a hold button, wish I could install one. It didn't take him long to understand that once the humans eat, it is time for a ride. I told him I was getting him some rubber gloves, and he could do the dishes, if he insisted on going before I had time to clean up. He just turned his head to the side, kinda of reminded me of the Victrola dog, what's the name? Still have to get to your link. A fire sounds like it would be welcome, dealing with the temps and the rain.
I01, I was getting worried about you, What in the world have you been up to that kept you away? Had you not shown up, I had the phone with speed dial ready. LOL.
Viann, still waiting for that pie, is it done yet? Still haven't seen your pics, I am sort of saving it like dessert.
Sarv, why in the world do you go see that woman? Every time you do, she upsets you in some way. If you feel you have to communicate with her, for heaven's sake, use the phone, then if you get upset, hang up, and then you can claim that it is the equipment!!
Darius, that smoker and the ribs looked so good. I too was wondering why you bought a smoker and not use it. Thanks for the explanation. Say the DB is leaving the weekend or Monday?
Scooterbug, I too run the clean function on my stove mostly in the winter. After Christmas is a good time here too, as it is a marathon cooking session. However, last year, due to MIL's surgery, didn't entertain once.
M5, sounds like you had a good day. I haven't been to a movie since, I don't know when. DH isn't a fan, and I don't like going by myself. Wish I lived closer, we could do a movie a week.
Maria, still waiting for that pic of the garden bench.
Well, if was a good day. The weather was perfect, high 70's I have my windows open, and it feels really good. They are predicting a drastic change for next week, so gotta enjoy it while I can.
An update, or non update, we have no new puppies, nor do we have a colt. Both look like they swallowed watermelon seeds, and it should be anytime. DH and I spend a good deal of our time, checking the pregnant ones. If Jade ( the mare) disappears from sight, one of us is going looking for her. Missed her about supper time, and went to look, and she had gone to the barn for water.
Friends from Louisiana called tonight, they are in Kentucky on some business, and will be here Monday through Wednesday. They have a travel trailer, and will plan on using that for sleeping, but will have meals with us. They have not visited us before, usually hook up with them in Florida for the winter. Glad they are coming. I reminded DH that we will be leaving on Friday for the Kentucky RU in Western Kentucky, so hope there will be no conflicts. They tend not to keep to a schedule.
And on the Roundup, if the mare has not foaled by Friday, DH will probably elect to stay home. We have DS and DSGF who will be coming to sit with Mr. B and Miss Boots, but evidently he doesn't trust them to manage the birth of the foal. DGD is going with us (me) and has called every night, so excited, wanting to know what it is like, what there is to do, and what clothes does she need to take. You would think she is planning a trip to China!!
Well, it is getting late, and I need to look at some other sites before calling it a night. So will wish all a good one, see you in the morning.
Cece, I have three teenagers at home and deal with them all day at work. You just go ahead and vent. Just remind him that some animals eat their young.
WS, not to sure yet if she interested in gardening. Until we have a chance I really cant say we know each other anymore. I hope that we like the people we have become. She was one person I considered a good friend for a long time.
Kiska, welcome, welcome, welcome. So what are your favorite flowers and hobbies????
Kelly, welcome back. It's good to see you around again.
Bal, please try and take it easy. I know sitting idle is not on your typical agenda but it will help the time line of your healing. DH helped a friend move a machinist shop and didn't hurt his back. A couple days later he is getting out of his truck, twists wrong and wham he is down for a couple weeks.
Ves, next year you can send all of your extra irises to me if you would rather not throw them away. I dont think I have ever seen flowers, bulbs or the kind at any Goodwill or Salvation Army here. Sounded a bit strange to me when I first read it.
Vann, beautiful pictures. Glad that you had such a wonderful time.
Darius, glad you have your coffee pot at last. I see you had a nice scenic trip. My father was like that when we traveled. My mom would want to stop and look at something and he would check his watch and ho hum over it. If he saw something it was an immediate stop. That is why I like to do the driving when we go on trips.
Sarv, now I have to go check out my catalogs for Dalhia's. I plan on telling DH that it was you that introduced me to them. That is not something I would have even dreamed of trying here. Now to see if I can grow them in SC. Why the funk? I get that way further into the dreary seasons. I have the move to keep me busy this year I hope. I always feel as though I am never going to be able to climb out of the dreads the longer it goes on. I hope tomorrow brings more happy thoughts.
Mary, I do hope AmandaPanda heals quickly. I heard that if you cover topical medications with Vicks on animals it helps deter the animal from licking it off as fast. Have never tried it personally. But thought I would put it out there just in case.
Defoe, I had to go clean my front door just now. I had been telling myself to do that each morning as I leave for the past few weeks and never seem to remember when I get home. Saw your post and figured it was best to get up and do it before I forgot again. Thanks. I think. LOL
Kooger, I have heard of many teens having unexplained seizures. Some say its from to much stress on the brain from social pressures. I know we have many kids that are listed with a seizure history in the schools. Far more then I remember while growing up. My T&P are with the family.
I know so much more occured today, but I just got hit with a bad case of CRS.
Today was WINDY. Spoke with Suzie and she said this weather plus clouds is called a tornado or hurricane in other parts of the country. LOL, and it was twice as bad up at my work. She said she never experienced a sand facial before. We plan on meeting up tomorrow at 10. I am going to go pick her and her SIL up at the hotel and take them out to RedRock or Valley of Fire. I hope the wind settles down before tomorrow. I will try to remember the camera and post a pic tormorrow night. So far she loves Vegas.
Hope everyone has a great night. As for me, I am off to soak in the jacuzzi for a bit before bed.
See ya all tomorrow.
Casey
Carat, sorry if I was a bad influence on you, but ultimately I will have to blame it on M5, she was the one who gave me the idea on Thursday. If she hadn't been so industrious, and told me about it, I probably wouldn't have done my windows. Give susieq, a hug from us. Glad she is enjoying the trip. When we were there several years ago, we all liked the Red Rock Canyon visit. It was super hot the day we did it, and a nice breeze, so it wasn't bad.
Well, Viann, went to your site, and enjoyed the pics and descriptions immensely. You have a way with words, that made me feel I was really there with you. I would have found the toilets a bit disconcerting. Not used to getting a wash with a visit.
Mary, I also went to the site you posted, and am really amazed at the feats that these dogs perform. I know now why most guide dogs/owners have a special bond. They are not just dogs, but caring humans reduced to 4 legs.
Well, I really, really need to get in bed, I don't have anything special planned tomorrow, except there is a fall festival that I may attend. Scads of yard sales that will be associated with it, so it may turn into an interesting day.
Hope you hav a good night.
Hi all,
Didn't even have time to read all the posts today (and it didn't help that you were all chatting up a storm!) Anyhow, I'm just finishing making a new batch of "Smelly Jellies" ----- no, Oz, not the bait kind. As soon as I get them mixed and wrapped, I'm off to bed. 5 AM will come all too soon! Will have to catch up tomorrow night.
See you on Saturday's thread http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/651858/

Welcome to coffee. Pull up a chair and grab a cuppa and start gabbing.
kooger,
Thanks,,,I don't post that way often,,,LOL And, Thank-You. So sorry to hear of that poor boy and his family. Poor mother. Just terrible.
Deanna,
Lovely pic. Gorgeous little babies too.
cec,
Deep breaths,,,get it out and then let it go,,,no need to appologize, you know that! Need the 2x4?
Ann,
Didn't post on the wrong one,,,it was only 11:15 when I started that lengthy post. Thought I'd be done by midnight,,,LOL Well, got a bit long winded for that. Hey, just noticed while going through some hosta stuff that there is a hosta called Bell Ringer,,,thought of you right away. Never did get to the HL to see a pic. Going to check your link to see your pics.
Sheila,
My lovelies are starting to turn too,,,,I'm So not ready! Hate when women use that voice,,,kinda like I hate when someone does the chalkboard thing,,,,grrrrr. Probably I better close the blinds in the afternoon then? Bay window in the Living Room faces West. Wouldn't want to see the dust bunnies and have to do something about them,,,LOL Was just going to ask where Susan was. Hey, we must have been watching the same channel about the toilets and stuff? I can't imagine having water come Up out of the toilet,,,LOL
ves,
Ah, yes, it's the man holidays time again this year. Bill bird hunts, Gun/Deer and Turkey. He always threatens to Bow hunt but so far hasn't done it. From the time bird hunting starts until the weekend Gun/Deer ends, he'll be completely engrossed in hunting. Drives me nuts. I'll have hunting stuff all over the Dinning Room,,,grrr. What a Wonderful treat to see the Fawns playing.
sarv,
Hope the kids on the bus are o.k. Itchies? Have you been to the Dr.? Do you know what it's from? Only prying cause that's how my Neuro-Dermatitis is,,,itchy like crazy. Oh, that's a book that I still need to get. One on Butterflies and Moths. If it's a good one, who is your author friend? Hope you get out of your funk. That irridescent Dahlia is Gorgeous! What's the saran thing for Dahlias?
Mary,
Thank-You, forgot to d-mail you, but see your link. I love hero dog stories. 36? Wow, I'm Not ready for that. We've gotten down into the 40's so far. I'm thinking I Have to get things re potted that I want to bring in for the winter,,,better jump on that. We'll get frost before I know it. already had a frost warning just North of us. oooo, so sorry to hear of the kitty fight,,,poor Amanda Panda. I hope she heals quickly. I feel bad for her,,and you, having to do the proceedure 2x per day. Would have been great to have the camera ready for a shot of Breezy with the Dahlia,,,LOL How cute.
Bonnie,
Yep, that's me, jump with both feet and look later,,,LOL It's only cause I feel so comfey here in coffee. Like I'm back with old friends. Yes, wasn't it nice of her to share. I Never dreamed you could die from a tooth infection. Guess you can from any infection that goes too far.
Darius,
Sounds like you had a Long day. I should try rolling my own to save $. I'm so spoiled though. I have My brand and that's it. oooo, Ribs sound excellent. Haven't had them for awhile. Better get some and make them. You did make a nice haul. Bet it's good to have some more of your things there. You will be really busy now. Glad your brother got clean. Good for him. I almost did the same thing with the Gevalia. LOL I just may do it yet. Let me know how you like your smoker please. Bill's determined he Needs one.
Bal,
Sorry to hear about your back. It's Never a good time to have your back go out. Sure hope it gets better by the time all the other stuff comes around. The room looks like it's going to be lovely.
Maria,
LOL @ Samson and the kids. Bet that Was funny. You really do need to take it easy. It will take forever to feel better if you over do it.
Elaine,
There you are. Bill is doing fine and the job will get better on Monday LOL There's another guy that works in the warehouse with him and today was his last day. He's opening a bar. He was really a lazy worker, talked on his cell phone all the time, never helped clean very much, sat and did nothing a lot of the time and that drive's Bill nuts. So, he's glad he'll be gone. They used to get along really well but their friendship has deteriorated becasuse of his work ethic. He will go to get his lunch, come back to the warehouse, got to the bathroom and then punch out for his 1/2 hour lunch. Basically he was taking advantage of the business All the time. Kitties are now in IL. Took them down to Janesville for the Upper Midwest Round Up and Equilibrium took them for a friend of hers that decided to take them. I guess they have the run of the house and are Very happy. I may go to see them when I go down to my mom's sometime. I guess little girl is a holy terror which I knew she would be. She loves to climb,,,LOL Hope things are good with you. How's it been going?
Well, another long winded post. Also over an hour again since I started typing,,LOL Time to hit the hay.
Night Gracie
Just wanted to say Hi Casey. It's good to be back,,,seems I just can't stop yapping now though,,,,
Thank you all, and will reply in more detail after the weekend. We're getting ready to take the week-end off to go down to Seward, Alaska for a nice change of scenery -
kiska
Oh, I wanna go to Alaska some day.
