Didn't seem to be eating. Fly?? Wasp?? Bee??
Tell me this is a good guy!!!
It looks like the pest that was around my seedlings this summer and it laid eggs inside the leaves and they turned into little worms in the leaves. http://davesgarden.com/forums/fp.php?pid=2471084
I think this is what caused it.

I think that's a good guy. It looks like a long-legged fly (Dolichopodidae) to me which is a fly that is a predator on aphids and other small insects. Both the larvae and adults are predators. Here's a link... http://bugguide.net/node/view/53549 .
Night_Bloom and cegoins
Thank you for your responses. Looking at both images I tend to believe it's the long legged fly. Coloring is very similiar. I know so little about insects that I can't even attempt to identify, but I am starting a group of insect photos with descriptions.
