There is a flower show being covered on bbc.co.uk. Here is some info on it:

'Welcome to Tatton Park 2001. The show runs from July 18-22 at Tatton Park near Knutsford, Cheshire. This year there are 20 show gardens on display in the impressive grounds of Tatton Park near Knutsford. Tatton Park provides a beautiful setting for the most recently established RHS Flower Show. More than 20 spectacular gardens will be on display and you can find out more about some of the show gardens here. '

Hi Lil

My wife went yesterday to the show - said it was brilliant and as good as the "parent" show at Chelsea. Even better, she didnt break the Bank with ther purchases.

you are so lucky to be near there, eltel, we never have anything like that in the north east, apart from at gateshead, which is now being redveloped i think. There are botanical gardens in durham, but nothing on such a grand scale. Glad to see your wife didn't break the bank, i guess it can be so easy to buy everything you see!
