A thread of me, what a scary thought. I guess when I tried to answer a thread I goofed up. I was trying to answer Chooch who suggested Joshua Tree for a Beach Garden. Since I have my own (turning red) thread I will tell you that I love to grow mostly organic, love heirlooms, really love to grow herbs, love to grow grains and vegtables esp. the unusual. I like to acclimate plants that are not actually from my area, (doing good with blue corn) of course I also love flowers, shrubs, trees, fruits...well anything that grows in Zone 7/8. (I call it both because I have seen it both ways) I have not been my total obsessive gardening self since 97 but am reborn, or at least hope to be....this site just might help!

Chooch said you were all great but he put it too mildly! Thanks for the wonderful welcome. I would have been spanked very hard at another site if I had made such an error!
