Coffee...and for July 17, 2006 We came from over here: http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/627023/

Okay, it's the start of a new week, can you believe the 3rd week of July 2006? How do you get past Monday's? I used to hate them when I worked, now it is just another day.

Hope you all have a good night.

Good morning. It's bedtime here but midnight + some on the east coast so does that make me first or last? Doesn't matter, I'm too tired to care. See ya in the morning. Sweet dreams.

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

I know I'm repeating myself here, but I realized I'd posted pretty late and wasn't sure if anybody would bother to check the last couple of posts from Sunday...

I wanted to ask a favor... I posted a thread in the prayer forum today for a new DGer who is having open heart surgery on Tuesday, and it seems like it's been a slow day over in that forum... anyone who is so inclined, I'd appreciate it if you'd wander over and add your support. Thanks!!

And a big hug to Elaine, who read the above in the previous thread and dashed right over to post a note... she's such a sweetie!!

I'm yawning, so I'm hopeful that I'll be asleep at a more reasonable hour tonight... it'd be nice to get a start on the day before the temps soar to the forecasted triple digits! Yikes!

I'm hoping this doesn't show up as a double post... I sent off a post a little while ago that was pretty much the same as this (I think), but it disappeared into the ether.... *sigh*

Sweet dreams, everyone!

waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)

I guess I am the official early bird. Can't sleep. Dinner went well, DGS's inlaws are charming people and we enjoyed their visit.
Shoot, guess I'll go find a book and read myself to sleep! See you in the morning....

This is Souky, Not Playing with Olivia...LOL

I can't sleep either. Don't know what my problem is. Eyes just refuse to shut. Never mind vegas comment. I wouldn't move out there, jusy no humidity. Inviting, this time of year. I would be willing to go back to TX or down to TN or even GA. I have relatives in texas whereas Ed has brothers in the other two states. He won't even go visit. He's such a brat. I would move anywhere that would allow me gardenia bushes. We had sbout 5 of them all the back of the house down home. I can still close my eyes and smell the fragrance!

Yawning so maybe I can sleep after all. Everyone have a good night.
Cherie

Ottawa, ON(Zone 5a)

So I'm the first REGULAR morning person today. Sorry that some of you had difficulty sleeping. I slep REALLY well. Almost no coughing - Yay! But I think I'll quit the medicine. I'm sure feeling bad yesterday was a side effect. And since the Dr wasn't so sure I should even fill the prescription, I'll at least take a day or so off.

Don't think I'll go to Aquafit though but I'll stop by for coffee later with the left-over cake.

The oldest member of our Red Hat group died last week at 102. She was out to our May luncheon, but had been going downhill steadily over the last year. The funeral is at 11:30 and I'm tentatively having lunch with a friend around 1 although I've not yet had confirmation of that. We've been trying to find a time that works for several months.

Too hot here to do any serious gardening - will be about 35C with a humidex even higher.

Hope you all have a good day.

Ann

Deatsville, AL(Zone 8a)

Wow I am the 2nd to post unless someone beats me typing this. Sorry to hear about your friend Ann. Seems that she had a long life, hopefully an enjoyable one.

I am getting ready for work. Had a blow up w/ my boss (or she had a blow up w/ me and I just sat there and blew up in my car on the way home). Anyway she is vacationing in Mexico this week so I am glad I dont have to face her for a few days and it can blow over.

Went by the nursery yesterday and bought more plants. Cinnamon basil, rosemary, salvia, and some jalepeno plants (for DH). DH now thinks I am obsessed! LOL I said "what, cant I have a hobby?" LOL

Got to go finish getting ready and wake the boys up as they love to sleep in. Catch up w/ you all later today. Hope everyone can stay cool.

Deep East Texas, TX(Zone 8a)

As I sit here braiding hair and sipping coffee, I have to tell defoecat how I get past Mondays. It is part of my weekend...yeah! That's what I get for working all day Saturday.

Schroon Lake, NY(Zone 4a)

Hi all-I'll be back when it's too hot and buggy to be in the garden...5 minutes or so, LOL

Wanted to say that I'm dying for a sunwarmed PA pink tomato sandwich with cold crisp cucumber.....thanks critter!! (that was cruel!!) ;-)

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

I have today off. I am so relieved after subbing full-time for my boss. He is also a minister and went on a mission. But get this.....to Hawaii! What hardship! Normally I only work 3 half-days for him and 2 half-days at the library, but the past 2 weeks have been full-time at one and the 2 half-days at the library. Whew!
Yesterday I spent time fertilizing and deadheading. I only got part of it done because of on-going problems with diverticulosis. Sometimes the problem is very intense and painful so it saps all my energy. I am eating watermelon for breakfast right now, lol. Surely that does no harm (although I swallow seeds sometimes).
I have a hard time finding anyting that appeals to me in the mornings of late. My habits keep changing a little all the time.
Family reunion was this weekend. They always start eating earlier than I can get there. I drive a pretty long distance and my spousal unit is a night-owl so it is hard to get him up and get there before everyone has been through the food line already.
My new stove was hit by lightning about a month ago and the authorized repairman for Whirlpool is having trouble getting the parts. I haven't had an oven for a month and no toaster either. I have learned how to make toast in a frying pan, lol.

No oven, cool! This time of year I could live with that! We do lots of cold/hot sandwiches in summer. B, L and fresh T's, or a RB which can be cooked on stovetop with dutch oven. Glad you found a lonesome W'pool man....

Waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)

I am so sorry to hear about your friend Ann.
Didn't fall asleep until 4:30 this morning and up at 6. Slow to start and move. Went out to just walk around my gardens with a cup of jave and ended up deadheading. But I did get some nice bouquets. Roses, rudbeckia 'Irish eyes' and 'indian summer'. Shastas and coral bells. By the time I was finished I had to put on a fresh t-shirt. The laundry will fill up fast at this rate. Fourth cup of coffee and I believe my mind is unfogged for the time being.

Weather channel said to expect scattered strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening. If it happens tomorrow will be in the mid-70's and the humidity will take a vacation. I can handle the blasted humidity gone. Let the storms begin.

The heat is tuff all over the country and into Canada right now. Any of you with heart problems should lay low. I have had a couple of bouts with the heat. I got 3 horseshoe matches this evening starting at 5pm in open sun drenched pits. Temp at starting time is suppose to be about 100. I hope I can play effectively. Was out cutting hosta flowers right after daylight and that was enough for me this morning. Heat has been a problem for me since my late teens.

Everson, WA(Zone 8a)

Good morning 50 degrees here right now and I can see the light over the mountian promising another sweltering day, supposed to get to be rather warm even into the 90's by friday or so yuk. I guess I better water hearty this morning and do some heavy stuff before it gets 70 because I revert to Rip Van Winkle when the heat gets unbearable. I wonder if this heat wave is being caused by el quieda [sp] lol.

This time of the year is one of extra yummy dinners and last night was no exception. Maria had Swiss chard for the first time and more cherry pie. We all loved the baby red potatoes . Darn shame the sugar snap peas are gone because creamed new potatoes and fresh peas would have been on the menue for sure.

Maria likes the pie so much Linda picked some more pie cherries for the freezer and save some out for a new pie and by the way Marias crust recipe is much better than Lindas old one. If you want a treat pry it out of her because it is perfect so thin and flakey.

Last night Sommermoone another DG member came out and picked Royal Ann Cherries She is new to Dg and somewhat new to gardening but is getting into it and is a weeding machine now thats what I call a good visitor one that weeds lol. She said anytime you need help weeding give me a call and I replied can you run the tiller she said Dh is a heavy equipment operator he will do it for you I have pull with him LOL poor guy having his services farmed out . To bad for me but good for him that tilling is about done for the year. Anyway Maria invited her to come to coffee.

Good friend John called and said DW picked me some blue berries what a nice thing they came and toured the yard and went home with two kinds of cherries. Tons on the trees and they are starting to go over the hill so everyone is invited to get them before the birds do. Sarv are you hearing this ?. I should have run some through my juicer because it will pit them you could make gallons of the brew easy.

Katym better be carefull of blowing up at the boss if she is a small person it could be harmful to your wealth. I remember one boss I had when I was very young blowing up at me and saying I told you to do it this way lol was he embarrased when I started doing just what he said to do and nothing more. He found out there were pitfalls to being a dictator.

D Cat lol what do you mean you hated mondays when you worked lol I hate every day I get to go to work.Work used to be fun and exciting now it seems its not fun anymore I live for Saturaday and Sunday.

I better hit the bricks before poof comes and makes me say ggrrrrrrrrrrrrr bye have a good day all. Ernie

Waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)

100? at 5pm? drink plenty of water. more DH plays horseshoes (we have them in the back) and when he goes out practice half hour he's soaked to the skin and thats only in 90-something at 3 pm so take care.....Lots and lots of water

Baker City, OR(Zone 5b)

Good morning. Well I'm up but not at 'em yet, that takes a while sometimes. The birds are noisy this morning, baby kingbirds from the nest in the big tree in the corner of the yard have fledged so they are sitting on fence rails and in other not so cat safe places and we just have to hope the cats don't get them. Their parents are trying to feed them while dive bombing the cats to distract them from the little ones. Life is dangerous for those low on the food chain.

At the ride this weekend I did end up riding. We shuffled riders and horses a bit and started out with 4 in the 80 mile ride and 4 in the 50. All the 80's finished and we got team points there, but one of our 50 mile riders got into bees, got bucked off his horse, broke his arm and dislocated his elbow, the horse was still missing at last report. The horse I rode had a metabolic problem at the end of the ride so we didn't get a completion. He was ok a couple of hours later. The rider with the lost horse is staying at ride camp until he is found, there are a lot of people looking for the horse, but no cell phone service in the area so it may be a while before we hear anything.

When I got home yesterday my hubby was still at church with our son, daughter in law and granddaughter. Sometime about mid afternoon we decided to go have Mexican food with them at a local air conditioned restaurant, then went to see how they are coming along with their house remodeling and painting, sat in their yard in the shade and visited for an hour or so, then came home and spent most of the evening changing sprinklers and just being lazy waiting for cooler air. It feels good this morning but it's going to be hot today so I'm gonna make this quick and come back later when I need time to cool off.

Schroon Lake, NY(Zone 4a)

Checking in
Mary, that is a scary thing about hitting bees....sorry to hear the rider was injured and i hope the horse is found safe.

Waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)

Pleasureville, KY(Zone 6a)

Good morning everyone. Been up for ages, made homemade pancakes, so help your self. Went to bed earlier than usual and would have slept longer but the phone rang.DH has some early bird friends, that think because they are up everyone else should be too.

Mary, sorry about the injured rider and the lost horse. Hope the horse is found safe and sound. Yeah for winning some points. Was it terribly hot?

eweed, gosh that cherry pie sounds so good. Did you actually tell Linda that Maria's pie crust was much better. Hope you did it with tact, as you know Maria won't be there forever, and you may not ever get another cherry pie if you ticked Liinda off!!

Woodspirit, your work schedule sounds just awful. Oh the poor minister, doing a mission in Hawaii, next time ask him if he needs someone to go with him to help. Bet he would get lots of volunteers.

Katym, maybe by the time boss gets back from vacation, it will all have blown over, and it will be back to normal. I would much rather work for a man than a woman any day, they just seem much easier to get along with.

Viann, sorry about your friend. Do you think it wise to discontinue the medicine after just a few days? I know sometimes the cure is worse than what it is treating. Hope you continue to improve.

dmc, I need to get out and do a morning walk before it gets too hot. I have an advantage though (pool).

Oz, please be careful out there in the horseshoe pits, and do drink plenty of fluids. Can't have you getting down on us. Stay safe.

cc, you have to give up some things every time you move. I would miss those gardenia bushes also. Always wanted to be able to have them, but can't here in Zone 6.

Podster, I don't think it is a fair trade off, Saturday for Monday. When I worked Friday was my favorite day, with Wednesday being second. You can figure that one out without help.

Well my DB is coming today with some peaches, and bringing enchilidas for lunch. This is so out of the ordinary, that it is kind of scary. When he visits it is usually with ulterior motives. Quick hide the checkbook and the wallet, bet it is about money.It would help if around 12:00 everybody start chanting, No, No, No, Can't Can't Can't, that way you will lend me strength to fend off whatever he wants!!

Well gonna go take the garden walk, start some laundry, and then the pool needs maintenance this morning, That's an ugly job, but somebody has to do it. Why don't you all bring suits and towels, and come on down, we will have a DG pool party.

I will be back later. If I missed anyone, sorry, ~~~ M5, enjoyed the pic of your meezers not playing.

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

Oh yes, that was a fun picture of those 2 kitties!

Mary, sorry to hear of the riding accident... hope the rider will recover quickly and the horse will turn up, safe & sound.

Anyone wanting a tomato & cucumber sandwich, c'mon by & help yourself, but you might have to settle for 'Stupice' & 'Jaune Flamme' tomatoes since I don't see any more beefsteak varieties turning color just yet.

Everyone heading outside in this heat, please take care... take it slow, and take breaks for water and a/c!

Hi everyone!

Oh my goodness ... 102? That's amazing! Ann, it must have been remarkable to have had the opportunity to have known her. I'm glad she had an active life as long as she did. :-) So sorry for your loss.

Katy, maybe your boss will be in a better mood when she gets back from her vacation. I *certainly* hope so. Ah ... and *more* plants? hehehe I have some gorgeous salvia. They really hold up well in this heat. :-)

dmc ... so sorry to have to tell you this, but I picked 3 of the *best* little cucumbers on Saturday. Mmmmm! If y'all have never tried the sugar crunch ... I highly recommend them. I did some from seed which I received from a DG friend, and they are excellent!

Oh, by the way ... Meezers I'm soooo sorry that Souky won't play with Olivia. LOL ;)

I'm not sure how much rain we finally got last night ... I'm sure it really wasn't that much, but I'm so grateful for what we got. I called my MIL last night, and they live approx 8 miles from me but hardly got enough to wet the ground. It's amazing how it can flood and then set in and rain for several hours and not even wet the ground 8 miles from where you are. Sort of puts things into perspective. I sure feel for the farmers. I fuss because I can't keep my flowers watered ... can't imagine what it would be like to be a farmer. :-(

Hi Ernie, Maria and Linda ... also hi to our new member Sommermoone. Please eat a piece of that pie for me! LOL

Defoe I'll be chanting! LOL

Well, it's taken forever to write all this, so I'll post and ~~~ to the rest of y'all. Hope everyone has a wonerful day. Please be careful of this heat!

Bartlesville, OK(Zone 6a)

Since I am lazy I did a cut and paste post here about my day yesterday. Or Snowcone's day...

I think Snowcone is better, he was happy just laying around until about 5 and then he REALLY wanted to go out. Now we have four nice cat boxes in the house but he is used to using the ones in the garage. He has used the house ones I have seen him so I don't know what I am going to tell you next is about...

Well, DH had finished harvesting our daily giant grocery sacks of gadzukes squash, pattipan squash, yellow squash, cucumbers, tomatoes and okra. OK, he uses a nice long paper sack that we got at the mall for the gadzukes because they are so long. So I finished stacking them up on the table and sat the sack down on the floor. Snowcone had followed me into the dining room and promptly hopped into the sack. I didn't think anything unusual about that, they all love a good sack.

THEN I noticed the 'position'. You cat people know what I mean, the look on the face and the position and the pzzzzing sound. LOL He really had to go bad. So I now I have a sack full of 'liquid' and have to get it outside without spilling it. Of course there is a hole in the sack and I have to cross two carpeted rooms and a wooden floor. But I made it with minimum leakage. I didn't even get upset, he had been made to stay in the house all day, had asked I don't know how many times to go out, he is very good about that, it's cute and we said no you can't. So OK how about a nice sack. Sounds good to me!!

And to make me worry more, while I was out late this evening doing my nightly watering cause it was too hot today to do it out in Snowcones hosta area that he stays all the time is a BIG COPPERHEAD!!!. So I went and got DH and we got the snake guide out to be sure and it matched the picture of the Southern Copperhead. So we had to kill it. :( I HATE to kill anything. I was nauseated by the time the poor creature was dead. It was probably trying to take care of the gopher problem for me but I can't have a Copperhead in my Snowcone's bed. I would rather have gophers and a live Snowcone. I am still worried though, cause I don't imagine they are loners. I have made them a wonderful area to live in with all the pots, mulch, ground covers, keeping it watered and shaded. Sheesh, I really don't need to worry about this stuff.

We got his pills down him easily this evening, and his eyes have already stopped jerking so I feel better about that.

morning! waitibg for DH to get home. he went to get his new gun. wish i could spend that on the garden. soaker hoses,plants, soil, mulch, you know the drill.DREAM! it's just a DREAM.
sunday i went to the neighbors to do the watering. not sure if i am making a mistake. took an hour and a half. i had to figure everything out it was scattered all around. that place could be such a rustic looking garden. it has good bones and some good plants. she's got some beautiful hostas and lillies. i think the lillies are new. makes me thankful for my watering system and i'd like to change that. now i know i can handle what i have. just makes me itch to work in her garden. if the weather gets better i might if i'm not behind with mine.
meezer sorry your kitty is sick. pills and cats no fun.
ann sorry about your friend. i've seen those red hat ladies out and they have so much fun.
ozarkian careful in the heat. i never thought of that area being that hot. yes i know simple thinking.
eweed i envy your morning temps.
defoecat goodluck with brother. i'll be chanting.
everybody stay cool

i'm sorry i got the wrong person and cat.

I don't like killing critters either. He is a beauty. It's not his fault that we are in his territory and his defense is unacceptable. We have a yellow jacket nest beside the steps leading to my bottom terrace. They nailed my husband twice the other day. We bought some of that long-range hornet killer spray, but he still hasn't done it. He hates to kill anything just because they are acting normal in defense of their home and family. He used to hunt, but felt like a murderer when he killed his first (and last) deer. He still hunted squirrels and rabbits for awhile but then we had to adopt 4 baby "boomers" (little red squirrels called chicorees). That officially ended his hunting days.
Now for a totally different subject: I think I have discovered the perfect thing to wear while out gardening. Scrubs! Cool and roomy with big pockets everywhere. Does anyone else feel that way or have some other apparel that they love to garden in?

Hmmm, a swimsuit perhaps? No wait ... there's no pockets! LOL

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

I don't want to be trimming my roses or picking raspberries in a swimsuit, either.

Just teasing! LOL It's just so dang hot! ;)

waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)

I started chanting right away because I'm not sure what time it is in your neighborhood, Bonnie. Better safe than sorry. I'll be there shortly to help you with the pool!!
My DS got a call from her youngest son a couple months ago, wanted to borrow $50K, to "save " his business. He does roofing, and makes a ton of money, but apparently isn't managing it well....She turned him down and hasn't had word one from him since. I suppose he figured since they sold both homes for a big pile of loot, he'd have an easy pocket to get into. She told him, if he was so sure he could pay it back in whatever time period he was guaranteeing, he should go to his bank, and get a loan.

My DG visitors emailed me and cancelled, they were exhausted and it was so hot, they just didn't feel up to it. No problem, it's not like I weeded or cleaned or anything!! I cleaned up a little after talking to DGS, but not before. And I noticed this morning I didn't do all that good a job of dusting, but I'm not inclined to go over it again.

Sorry to hear you've lost a friend, Ann. She had a good long run, didn't she? I swear that generation was hardier stock than we are.

Boy, Ernie, you do like to live dangerously! I think the horse shoe competition will be fine if you take along lots of cold water, but I don't know what to advise if you've told your wife that Maria's pie crust is better than hers. I would suggest a hard hat, or a bullet proof vest.

I wouldn't have any trouble killing wasps, WS, but furry things are another story. And you really don't want to see what we wear gardening....it could cause permanent eye damage.

Think I'll untangle my check book, and then take a little nap. It's still hot, and supposed to rain. Oh sure. I believe that ...

~~~~ at all, and getting off my ...chair. Hi ho HI ho...
woodspirit - I've been gardening in scrubs for years! Nothing else is nearly as comfortable. Like you said, cool, roomy and plenty of pockets, plus they last "purt near" forever. I have found that I prefer the drawstring waist pants over the elastic waist kind, and open leg as opposed to knit or elastic at the ankle. They are more comfortable in MHO.
ginni
Waukesha, WI(Zone 5a)
woodspirit - scrubs you say Ya know I bet they are cooler and more comfy. I just so happen to have a some pink ones, purple ones and some red ones. White ones to but I don't know s I'd have enough courage to go weed in white anything. Got them after I graduated school last year. Can't manufacture 3 years clinical experience so the whole school thing seems to be a complete waste of money, may as well put the purple scrubs to good use anyway. Thanks for the tip. thats what I get for graduating at 49yo. anyway
Just to make something clear, it was Linda who asked me for the pie crust recipe, lol
Do read somer moons post she wrote yrsterday, her name is Karen, she lives very near here.
Ha ha I am just fat not stupid Linda told me the crust was better I mearly repeated it. She has used it for five pies so far and it is stable lol try it you will like it.
A nice breeze is sweeping us at the moment so I guess I will go finish up a few things but first A new coffee person has posted but got the end of yesterdays page you may want to look in on her. I will send her an email and see if she knows this is a day to day thing. Ernie.
Susan---- It could have been worse. could have been a rattle snake like my wife had coiled up in the hose hanger last year. Only thing you could see was the rattles shaking above the hose hanger. Off cousre I killed it. I mean after all, you know how I am Susan.
You all may as well now start to hate me. I have shot all kinds of small furry things. Mostly Squirrels. Someone called them tree rats and that is what they are. They can do more damage than a John Deerie. Next comes chipmunks. I do not like to pull the trigger but I do because they need to be controlled. I have even shot a ferral cat. The only reason I did that was because he attack my little tabby twice. It took two times with him in my sights before I finally shot him. He was big and he controlled a area that was his domain. He had killed other cats I am sure of that. My little tabby only weighs 7lbs with a full tummy and he surely would have killed her. One morning I looked out the window and seen him drop off a stone wall and go to the corner of the house where she comes out and lay down. I am sure he was laying in wait for her. But the wrong animal came out. His mistake.
Okay ... I guess I'm just mean cause I'm thinking
Go get em oz!
I relocated a few copperheads for my landlady when I was in GA... they liked to come into her kitchen through the cat door, nice & cool. I've never handled rattlesnakes or cottonmouths, but copperheads are pretty mellow. I agree that you can't have venomous snakes in an area with little kids or pets, and I'm glad to hear your first response to any snake you see isn't "kill it!!"
Scrubs are great garden attire, and my first choice to wear when canning tomatoes, too! I have a bunch of tops that I got in an auction box -- they're lightweight, tough, and pretty much any dirt or stain just washes right out of them. I should order some bottoms to go with them! (the box had XL tops and S bottoms... go figure... )
Ann, sorry to hear of your loss. I hope you're now enjoying lunch and a good chat with your friend!
Deep East Texas, TX(Zone 8a)
WS1 ~ Scrubs would work for the garden. I like mens sleep pants for summer wear. They are light, cool cotton and launder well. I roll up the legs and go. Elastic waist with pockets and cheap at the $ store. What more could a gardener ask for.
Oz, I agree on the feral cat. You gotta live where folks think the animal can survive on its' own to appreciate that. Sometimes it IS the humane answer.
I have to say I used to want to see a dead snake. Over the years, I have learned to identify good from bad. Now, the only ones that I discriminate against are poisonous in the yard where they can cause mayhem with the critters. I have had many a vet bill for snake bites. I also have many acquaintances who have suffered copperhead bites in particular. Because they ARE mellow, they lay there and let you step on them, sit on them, etc. Most snakes are beautifully marked and all serve a purpose in the delicate balance of nature.
This one was on the patio with 2 dogs/4 cats so... another one bites the dust...
Afternoon all! Today is one day that I'm glad I work in air conditioning. They said it was supposed to hit 101 today, but the highest I have seen when checking the weather channel is 95.
Got another bit of bad news on Friday, Gina (coworker) got a call from here DH that a CAT scan had showed some enlarged nodes. This is the fellow who has been battling with esophageal cancer. He has been in alot of pain and at first thought it might be kidney stones. Now they have to go through a round of tests and wait. They should get an answer early next week. Gina was so upset, that I drove her home and our boss follwed and brought me back. So young for all this yucky stuff.
Ooooooh snakes! Yuck. I love most all animals, but snakes just creep me out. We have very few copperheads around here, but usually only see them when we have a severe drought.
DS once shot a ferral cat on our farm, but only because he was sickly. Didn't know what he could pass along to our critters.
Ann - Missed your birthday yesterday, hope you had a great day. So sorry to hear about your friend. 102, immagine what she has seen in her lifetime.
Dmc - Did you say you wanted a PA tomato? Now everyone knows that NJ has the best maters around. Nothin better than a Jersey mater right off t he vine. Picked my first couple this weekend. Yum!
Back to work, ~~~~~to you all. Hope you are staying cool and having a good afternoon.
