When is the best time to spray your plants. (with messenger and sng). Early in the morning or late in the evening?

i believe the packaged instructions say morning. it's better for the plants not to be wet all night as a rule, although it helps if you have spidermites. i would think the product wouldn't dry as fast at night which might be good. i do mornings.
