Iris ~ The red on spidrman is such a nice bright red, I really like. I bet its noticable from across the yard. They are all beautiful, but spiderman really stands out!

Wheatfield, NY(Zone 6a)

Iris, the Prairie Moonlight is different. very pretty. love the deep red in Spiderman. you've obviously got a better handle on photographing the reds than I. any tips? maybe it's just my camera, but I suspect I could make some adjustments.

Anita, I should try out that photo program. I have 4 different programs and not one of them does collages. I can do them in Paint Shop Pro, but it's not simple. Just what I need....a new addiction LOL. I'll be at it the rest of the day and DH will be giving me that look....'now what?'

Gram - you should try it. It is so simple. They have a free download so you can see if you like it http://www.lumapix.com/

Really Gram....you should try. But it should have an addiction warning on it!!!!!!

Anita - I don't actually know the name of that one, but it has colored flowers in the shade which is nice for here.

Autumn Colors is what I call a 'soft' rudbeckia - meaning it isn't a true perennial or it reseeds, but it made it through the winter this year.

Great pics Al - I love the Rudbeckia's too. I planted more this year than last, but I still need more!

Wheatfield, NY(Zone 6a)

Al, that euonymous is nice. Say, I think we need to talk to Mrs BigCity. Pretty convenient to say ...it's in one of HER beds when you don't want to own something...LOL. (I need to stick up for her...we echinacea-types have to stick together - Mrs BigCity and I both came up the same on 'what kind of flower am I? test).

Pixie, the Monte Negro and Gran Cru together....perfecto!

Ok, I'm hooked!!!! Nothing new blooming here, so I've been working on putting together some other things. Here's my fairy garden...and remember Anita and Pixie...you started this LOL (btw, I got a pic of my very first butterfly in the fairy garden yesterday and it's in the collage sitting on the shasta daisy)
