When will the 250,000'th member hit?

Oops! I didn't think about stipulating the time - mine was 11am PDT; it should be 2pm EDT to coincide with yours, Dea. You did a great job in getting so close a whole month ago!

Fun for sure :) Hard to believe it's just 488 away. It wasn't really a great job back in July. We just enjoy statistics and it was fun trying to calc it forward.

Not going to make it to my birthday on sunday.

I know its a very slim chance for this when we are so close to 250 000 but wouldnt it be icing on the cake if that person actually signed in on Aug 17th since that is the birthdate of Dave´s Garden.

249,974 right now. I clicked on Terry's link above, then clicked on all members, not just subscribers.

Seems to me, the one with the greater number would be the most up to date.

Judy - Doing it nap's way, the Member List shows 249,974 members. I'd forgotten about Terry's link, so I went to the Member List by clicking on "MemberList," and that shows 249,941 members. I did it both ways, only seconds apart, and that was the difference. I don't know why one of them is off. Maybe Terry can answer that for us?

I made a list of those who are currently closest, and converted all times to Pacific Daylight Time so they would truly be equal. I used PDT because that's my time zone and that was the easiest way for me to do it. But if our member count is off, I don't know how to tell who'll be closest. Hopefully Terry will be able to tell us - I sent her a D-mail.

And I'm not the right person to answer that question. At one time, Dave had the counts synchronized. I'm not sure how or why they get out of sync, or which one is correct. Sorry!!!!

Any way you slice or dice it - we're almost there :) A quarter million members - WOW !! :)

I don't know how often the membership page or the log-on page updates. I would bet Terry's link is the right count. Dave are you not here with the rest of us waiting for count down?

Right now it looks like renatelynn will be the closest with a guess of 9:00pm CDT. That's 7pm PDT, 8pm MDT, and 10pm EDT.
