I saw lots of these last year. I couldn't see that they did any plant damage. I did see them messing with hornworm eggs and the eggs died. I don't know if these critters killed them or if it was just a coincidence. Does anyone know anything about this bug?
What is this?
I believe it's called a thread-legged assassin bug....(Anyway, that's what I call it - LOL) A good guy - as you can see. Except if it's eating (sucking) butterfly eggs, of course.
