If you could attract some predatory stink bugs, they might do it. Here in Georgia, I've seen them eating other types of leaf beetles (Chrysomellidae) - I have a picture I might post when I have more time - so I think they'd eat a cucumber beetle. Heck they eat almost anything they can get their little beaks on including other (plant-feeding) stink bugs.
