Cleaning a spray tank??

What's the best way to clean out a plastic garden spray tank?
It was used for a herbicide that I no longer use and would like to use it for something else.

Just rinse it really well with water and spray, clean water out the wand/nozzle for a few minutes. My rule of thumb is until I can no longer smell what was in there. A little white vinegar mixed with the water will help too. I store mine with the pump part out so it can dry completely and leave the wand/nozzle in the on position.
