About 3 weeks ago I ask what was good way to keep rabbits from eating my plants & I recieved several ideas. Then I got to thinking what about using plastic laundry baskets. I bought several of the regular size & the smaller size at the dollar store & cut the bottems out & turn them upside down & that works great. They have a small lip that I can put a little dirt around & that keeps the wind from blowing them over
If you have a lot of small rabbits that can get through the small holes or male dogs that like to lift their leg then put a plastic bag around the basket & that solves that problem. This saves a lot of work of having to keep putting something on the plants everytime it rains & the baskets will last for years. ( It will work on any type of plants.)
Jerry.
A sure fire way to keep rabbits from eating your plants.
