Crazy looking bug?

I just saw this weird bug on my hibiscus. It was shaped like a tick with a rounded back end. Black with orange stripes up the sides. Kind of hairy like a spider, but not as many legs so it didn't look like a spider. Also had long bent antennae. Tried to get a picture but my camera wouldn't focus. (Maybe it was scared!)

Any idea what this thing is??
