Anyone know what this is, and how to get rid of it? http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y168/gorgar1/DSC_0025.jpg Will the plants survive and fruit ok.? It happened after a sudden cold spell and lots of rain.

Could be cold/ice damage, but I am NO expert. If there is some green left, I would think there is hope.
